I am a fan of some of lotus products.The one among them is its 3 in 1 matte finish sunscreen
& last time when I bought it I got a lovely little pleasure that is Lotus Nutranite Night Cream.
I actually kept it to give my mom as I thought it must be greasy but
after few months I picked it & tried it as I ended up with my regular night cream.

Ingredients: They are not mention in this free gift sample size tube.But I got it from there website:

Active ingredients : Naturally derived Alpha Hydroxy Fruit Acids derived from grapes,
nourishing Ginseng & Lily nectar.

Price: 345 INR for 50 gms

My experience:

As I said I picked it when I ended up with my regular night cream but I was also
attracted towards it coz it says it is suitable for all skin type and honestly they are right.
It actually suits all skin type.

The tube I am using is light & travel friendly but I have seen in some shop it comes in a
glass jar tub which is quite heavy , I wish they could give it in a tube like the sample only,
which is more hygienic & travel friendly.

As soon as I opened it I was pleased by its lovely fruity smell which last for a while on my skin.

Its texture is neither too greasy nor too light somewhere in between.

I have oily skin & then too it absorbs in to my skin after a few seconds of massage
I have been using it for around a month as a very little quantity is required for covering
whole face so I think the 50 gm jar will last more than 2 months.

In this one month It never broke me out & every morning I wake up with soft &
hydrated skin & my t zone is not oily at all.and it gives a subtle glow to my skin.

Its good for hydrating skin & suitable for all skin type as its not heavy &
doesn't sits on skin but if some one is expecting some brightening or renewal effect from this
creme than its not for that as I couldn't find any change in my skin tone or improvement in any way.

Conclusion: I liked it for nourishing my oily skin  without breaking it out &
its light in texture which keeps my t-zone non oily. Its good for those who are just expecting
some nourishment for skin at an affordable price but its not for renewal of skin as against
mentioned on the package.

Instead, try using a gentle foaming cleanser or bar, such as Dove or Neutrogena. You can always go back to an acne-fighting cleanser once the weather warms and your skin doesn't feel as dry.

2. Don't Be Afraid to Moisturize

Regular use of a moisturizer is important, even for those with acne. Remember, nearly all acne treatment products dry the skin to some extent. To avoid flaking and peeling skin, moisturizer is a must even if you have oily skin like me.

Almond oil(this oil is a all-rounder ,I have used it as a moisturizer when I ended up with my conventional moisturizer & it helped me without breaking me out, right now I am using it as my under eye cream)

Neutrogena Fine Fairness Lotion & Neutrogena Fine Fairness Cream(I have tried both of them, but I always prefer to use the products specifically made for my skin type .So I think Neutrogena fine fairness lotion is great for oily to combination skin in all seasons)

We all know about the goodness of Aloe Vera & that’s why I plant it in my garden but it is so irritating to use the gel directly, isn’t it? Then my friend swati from "perfect skin care for you" suggested me this amazing product & I am madly in love with this.

It comes in a transparent plastic jar (& you know I love transparent packaging) & the gel is color less just like actual aloe vera gel & smells like that only.

It will take few seconds to absorb in to skin & will make slight sticky & cool effect on skin but this will vanish after few seconds only & you won’t feel you are wearing anything on skin.

I have very oily & acne prone skin .So I was looking for a moisturizer that hydrates my skin deeply without making it greasy & oily. This aloe vera gel does the same thing for my skin.

I used it daily before going to bed & every morning I could see clean, soft & oil free skin.

I attended few parties last weekend & I used it before applying my foundation & it helped my make up look fresh for a long time without any touch ups because it controls oil completely at the same time keeping skin hydrated. Other wise foundation can show some dry patches on skin. This was the best thing it did for me.

It also helped in treating my daughter’s diaper rash & minor scratches & helps in healing my burns in 2-3 days only.

Conclusion: It is a multipurpose product & it can be used for treating allergies, itching, dryness, burns, diaper rash, acne & amazing for all skin type.Firms up skin ,gives perfect hydration & never broke me out.My skin is in love with Rustic art aloe vera gel.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Blemish Fade Night Lotion (product review)

Whenever I see anything with the tea tree oil I grab it, so I got this body shop night fade lotion, shop assistant (SA) told me its good for oily skin & it can work for my blemished skin.

Price: 695 INR

Its main ingredient is tea tree oil. Tea tree oil have anti bacterial agents & which acts as a solvent. So it can stop oily matter from clogging up sebeceous glands & forming pimple.

My experience: I got it coz SA told me it’s good for oily skin& can reduce pimples & he was right .It actually reduces the size of my pimples in just one night.wowJ

It reduced oiliness of my skin leaving it soft & shine free every morning.

It absorbs in to skin & gives proper hydration to my skin.

My blemishes are lightened to some extent but didn’t disappear even after using two bottles of it. So, now I use only when I have any pimple.

Quantity: 30 ml

When I saw the bottle I thought I am going to finish it soon, but I was wrong just one pump is enough for my face .When I used it every night on my whole face, this bottle lasts for 2 months.It's with a pump dispenser , which makes it easy to use,hygenic & doesn't waste product. 

Conclusion: It's a good moisturizing lotion especially for oily skin as it controls oil & improves texture of skin. It doesn’t fade blemishes completely but controls breakout & small acne.
